Primary Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Vice President in executing the strategy of the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) and oversee operating departments within the FSSC to ensure accuracy of financial information; compliance with MGM policies and procedures, compliance with SOX, gaming regulations, and other internal control requirements; and to manage personnel within the FSSC.

The Vice President is expected to be a progressive agent for process improvement, looking for opportunities to generate savings for the company through efficiencies and increase the effectiveness of processes – both within FSSC and in the operating areas we interact with.
