Director, Finance Transformation

Overview of Position

Reporting to the VP, Finance Transformation, the Dir, Finance Transformation is instrumental in driving and executing process improvements and automation initiatives. This individual will identify, design and implement processes, execute and lead change management activities across the Assurant enterprise Finance organization that will improve operational efficiency. This individual will partner with functional leaders in Finance, IT and other SME’s to developing architecture requirements, process improvement plans, implementation programs and automation efforts to achieve the organization's goals.

What will be my responsibilities for this position?

• Analyze current processes and partner with process owners to identify, prioritize and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within finance operations.
• Drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics, to streamline end-to-end financial processes and improve effectiveness of controls.
