Process Engineer

Join our rapidly growing Magnetics Engineering team to help define an exciting future for our department. The number and variety of transformers and coiled components we produce is increasing and we are growing our capability to design, prototype, qualify, and produce new magnetic products.

As a Process Engineer, you will
1. Work on the development team with other engineers and the production team to develop the manufacturing processes for new transformers and develop World Class production processes.
2. Improve and optimize existing processes, including specifying, procuring and deploying new equipment, participating in and leading quality improvement projects, and being a resource for any type of process improvement.
3. Support the production team by troubleshooting equipment problems, answering questions about product quality, and mentoring team members who are growing their technical skills.
