**Your mission

• Declines in the CHINA subsidiary the medical strategy developed by the brand and franchise medical directors, validated by the Director of Medical Affairs and patient and consumer relations.
• Develops and coordinates the Medical Activities in the CHINA subsidiary for the various brands and franchises - currently AVENE & KLORANE - and in the future the other Dermo-Cosmetics brands if needed.
• Ensures convergence between medical actions undertaken and the needs of brands locally.
• Ensures and coordinates medical and scientific communication on Dermo-Cosmetic brands in collaboration with the local brand teams and in convergence with the medical actions undertaken
• Reports CHINA's needs to Corporate and ensures that the specific features of CHINA are well considered by Corporate, especially when launching new products.
• Is the medical referent of the CHINA subsidiary to the Corporate.
• Ensures the proper conduct of post-launch clinical development programs to comply with regulations.
• Collaborates with the CORPORATE Medical Transversal Platform (excluding oncology) -common to all of the group's branches, ranges and therapeutic areas, to integrate maximum transversality in the projects to be implemented (Naturality – Medicine – Cosmetics – Oral Care) and obtain patient data in DIGITAL form.
• Develops and implements Patient Centricity actions with the Patient Officer.
• Collaborates with the Medical Development Department for the development of all medical activities in CHINA at conferences and scientific events / symposia, in collaboration with Medical Directors of brands or franchises.
• Control and validate the medical content of commercial messages, ensure compliance with regulations and optimize the delivery of messages, especially if multi-brand networks. Responsible for respecting all aspects of compliance related to his missions Works in compliance with regulations as well as different codes of ethics
