Business Analyst

Following the foundation of business analyst I, the business analyst II role allows analysts to continue building on the analysis role. Taking on more responsibility in terms of the complexity of work assigned and interaction with other analysts, team members and clients.
Analysts work under the support of more experienced analysts whilst supporting more junior analysts in their development of their knowledge. They will be responsible for the analysis of complete features within larger software implementations, without the need for detailed direction and to complete the work assigned on the agreed timelines and with the required quality.

Main responsibilities:

▪Developing an understanding of the way our applications specifically supports business processes.
▪Configuration of the application to support client requirements, with minimum support from more experienced analysts.
▪Analysis of business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems technology that meet the needs of the organisation, with a low level of support from more experienced analysts.
