Your key tasks
- Identify pain points for Finance Leadership, collaborate across finance organization and deliver projects / initiatives.
- Work Closely with technical team to develop the proper solution as business needs.
- Create documentation for new business project proposals and use cases.
- Break down complex tasks into simple easy to understand language.
- Leading Weekly Team meetings & driving discussions.
- Communicate project guidelines between business, IT and executive teams.
- Provide updates on project outcomes to Finance Leadership.
- Formulate Business Cases and drive the improvements across organization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical team on use cases
- Communicate and drive the adoption and alignment of standards, policies and procedures across the project.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
- Run workshops and training sessions.
- Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts.
- Proposing solutions to an organization's leaders and keeping them updated with progress.
- Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
- Ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach.
Requirements
- Graduate in Mathematics, Business, Economics.
- 4-8 years total experience in business analysis, managing finance products.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment, creating partnerships across multiple levels.
- JIRA/ Agile experience mandatory (Responsible to maintain JIRA Board updated)
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Prior experience with Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills- prior experience of working on big data analytics projects – Preferred.
- Strong business acumen (of whichever industry the candidate belongs)
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strategic and Critical approach towards solving problems and decision making.
- Results-oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results.
- Demonstrated drive for results, with appropriate attention to details.
- Project management experience - road map creation, requirement gathering, defining vision, execution of road map, execute strategy.
- Cross functional team collaboration
It would be a real bonus if you have
- MBA is preferred.
- Experience in Finance Analytics (is a plus)
- Prior experience with SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint is a plus
- SQL query language is a huge plus
