The Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) seeks a Client Experience and Operations Coordinator for the Equine and Nemo Farm Animal Hospital. This position's focus is to coordinate the care of clients and their animals in a happy, welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner, influencing clients to return and recommend us to others. As the first face and voice to clients and referring veterinarians, this individual will promote the veterinary teaching hospital’s missions of providing comprehensive and compassionate care to animals while training future veterinarians and specialists.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Guide the ENFAH Client Service team to deliver professional, efficient, and exceptional service consistently, both in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule the flow of clients and their animals through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical teams while meeting the client's needs.
  • Establish firsthand knowledge of our veterinary services and act as a bridge between the clients and referring veterinarians and the clinical services.
