- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable contact center solutions using AWS Connect.
- Integrate AWS Connect with various AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and others to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and deploy serverless applications and APIs using AWS Lambda and Python.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and updates.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability, addressing any issues proactively.
- Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization of AWS Connect solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and apply fixes and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation of contact center features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS cloud services and Python development.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong focus on AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Connect and other related AWS services.
- Proficiency in serverless computing using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and AWS best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services development.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or any relevant AWS certification. Candidates with certifications will be given priority consideration.
- Experience with other AWS services such as Kinesis, SNS, SQS, and Step Functions.
- Knowledge of contact center operations and related technologies.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
