The Manager, Operations Performance Optimization ensures resource support for all LOBs within Global Housing Customer Care, ensuring the quality & performance results of our frontline team members, driving positive customer experiences, engaging employees, and maintaining compliance with company policy and procedures.
The Manager, Operations Performance Optimization provides leadership support for the dedicated Operations Performance Optimization staff ensuring new GHO employees have a solid foundation & are set up for success with Assurant. This role requires strong engagement & partnership with multiple areas of the business including all levels of Operations, Learning & Development, HR/TA, and Workforce Management.
The Manager leverages customer and process insights as well as customer & employee survey feedback to define key opportunities, support the development & delivery of training materials and individualized feedback/support for frontline associates and leaders to drive performance improvement.
Pay Range:
$84,100.00 - $140,500.00
