Data Analyst

Scope of Role

Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, the Data Analyst is responsible to formulate strategies by independently deriving data insights to drive the team’s objectives relating to overall sign-ups, visits, and applications. Given the team’s mandate for Growth, you can be assured that this is not a classic analytics role – but so much more!

Key Responsibilities and Competencies

• As a Data Analyst, you will work with stakeholders on a broad range of growth topics concerning Jobseeker performance. The topics may range from root cause analysis to competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities, predicting business impact of changes, etc.
• You will need to develop a deep understanding of data to constantly improve the way data is prepared and consumed across various parts of the organization
• You will work closely with our analytics and data engineering teams to ensure that data pipelines and tracking are built and working correctly
• You must have a structured problem-solving approach, being able to break down complex / ambiguous problems into their constituent parts
