Financial Controller

MEDFAR is growing and is looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and oversee the accounting of our three entities in the US and CAD. If you are seeking an opportunity in a growing company with a clear outlook on advancement, then this position is for you.

As a Controller, you will be working hand-in-hand with the Finance Director. As part of the Finance Team, you will manage the month-end closing cycle and ensure that the reported data is accurate and in accordance with accounting standards. Furthermore, you will manage the accounting team, including 2 direct reports (Payable Specialist and Accounting Manager - Invoicing) and 4 Billing agents in the Accounting Manager - Invoicing team. You will also participate in the implementation of scalable processes and lead projects that will help the team align with MEDFAR’s fast Growth.
