Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Updating patient records in a system
• Rebilling medications accordingly
• Processing rejections or RX real time
• Adding new patients or record in the system for ever new facility that will start
• Calling facilities and insurances to get claims override
• Researching for patient's insurance or eligibility
• Emailing facilities to communicate medications for Prio-Authorization
