Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Setting up for new vendors
• Entering invoices
• Vendor questions
• Expense tracking audit
• Move in and move out system
• Processing late fees and other charge audits

Payroll

• Employee management, separation reporting
• Other reporting and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounting (AP, AR, Payroll, Bookkeeping).
• Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Excel
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
