We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Pre-sales to join our team. As our Tech voice in Europe you will play a crucial role in representing and promoting our products and services. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to both prospects and customers, conducting product demonstrations, assisting with the development of sales strategies, and managing customers through and post implementation.

The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and presentation skills. You must be able to understand customer requirements, identify solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.

This role reports to COO.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and proposals
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process
  • Understand customer requirements and identify solutions that meet their needs
  • Manage post-sales activities such as solution implementation and client success for a specific segment of customers
  • Manage RFP processes and responses
  • Assist with the preparation of technical documentation and sales materials
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Act as the second level of support to customers during Europe business hours. This constitutes about 15% of the role responsibility in the short term

Location: Remote, Europe.
The candidate must have the authorisation to work where they are located.
