About the role:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, multi-skilled individual to join us as our Servicing & Warranty Manager to support customers who are servicing their vehicle or raising a warranty claim for their vehicle. You will be guiding customers through the servicing & repair process and managing the daily operation of our servicing business together with our workshop team. In addition to this, you will be the first point of contact on the ground for customer warranty claims - ensuring customers have an enjoyable and transparent experience when dealing with any warranty issues.
