Responsibilities:
β Manage a diverse array of HR projects and processes, including performance management, training, career
development, talent reviews, talent deployment, and compensation and benefits analysis.
β Align HR strategies with business objectives, recommending people management actions to support business goals.
β Develop and implement initiatives for employee retention and engagement.
β Forge robust working relationships across the business and with all employees.
β Offer comprehensive HR support and advice, guiding managers and leaders on labor law throughout the employee
lifecycle.
β Support all aspects of employee relations, encompassing absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and
performance issues.
β Keep policies and procedures up-to-date to facilitate the employment, engagement, development, and
management of staff.
β Analyze training needs and devise a training plan with inputs from business heads and resource management.
β Drive alignment and focus at executive levels through strategic planning.
β Interpret people trends and derive insights from data analysis.
