Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a global People Team and leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational and employee learning and engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for training, and organizational improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Partner with site leadership including the Managing Director to provide coaching and guidance on employee performance, team dynamics, and leadership development, using data-driven insights to inform discussions.
- Own architectural design, strategy, and ongoing audit process planning for the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Lead cross-functional projects that include teams with varying skill sets to ensure alignment and consistency in organizational development efforts, utilizing your presentation skills to convey complex information simply.
