Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a global People Team and leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational and employee learning and engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for training, and organizational improvement, presenting findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Partner with site leadership including the Managing Director to provide coaching and guidance on employee performance, team dynamics, and leadership development, using data-driven insights to inform discussions.
  • Own architectural design, strategy, and ongoing audit process planning for the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Lead cross-functional projects that include teams with varying skill sets to ensure alignment and consistency in organizational development efforts, utilizing your presentation skills to convey complex information simply.
  • Develop, deliver/facilitate, and measure the effectiveness of training programs, workshops, and resources to promote professional development and skill enhancement, ensuring that data-backed insights resonate with diverse audiences.
