The Sr. Advanced Quality Engineer is a member of the Global Quality & HW Reliability team. The role of which is to execute a unified approach to managing Quality throughout the development cycle of new products delivering high quality products that meet the specifications and high standards of Axon.

What You’ll Do

Location: Onsite at our Scottsdale, and Deer Valley Arizona office,

Reports to: Manager, Quality Engineering

• Will follow the Axon Product Lifecycle (APL) to comply with the quality deliverables which include but are not limited to issue management and resolution (CAPA), FAIR/CPK approvals, validation plan implementation and completion, development of critical to quality (CTQs) attributes and implementation of monitoring at incoming, in-process and outgoing quality inspections
• Lead NCMR/MRB material disposition activities
• Manage 8D and RCA teams to perform corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Manage First Article Inspection (FAIR) and production part approvals (PPAP) completion for assigned products
