Position Overview: The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations and strategy of the company within China. This role includes managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support business objectives. The role will now be based in Wuhu, supporting a freshly created JV in the automotive industry

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
    • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
  2. Financial Reporting:
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
