Position Title: Salesforce Architect & Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Core Salesforce and Service Cloud (Omni-Channel, Case Management, Entitlements).
Integrate Salesforce with Jira using AppFire Connector (optional).
Manage and optimize live chat systems within Salesforce.
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong focus on Core Salesforce and Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features, including Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Entitlements.
Experience with Jira integration, preferably using AppFire Connector (optional).
