Personal Assistant Interior Designer

Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant Interior Designer to join the team at a prestigious Royal Family residence. As a Personal Assistant Interior Designer, you will provide comprehensive support while also utilizing your interior design expertise to create beautiful and functional spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting the royal family members and knowing their preferences for redesigning.
• Meeting with other architects or builders to discuss the needs of the Royal Family members.
• Design layouts for different spaces that are beautifully pleasing.
• Using design software (such as AutoCAD) to create models and visuals.
• Researching and preparing plans, diagrams, or sketches for interior constructions, materials, finishes, lighting, and furnishing.
• Selecting suppliers of materials.
• Act as a point of contact between the managers and the family
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment, makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment
• Any additional work as required by the Management
• Looking after all requirements of the staff including their holiday schedules

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
• Drawing software like AUTOCAD
• 5Years of similar experience
• Good Communication in English and Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and Interior Designer
• Background in interior design with expertise in space planning, materials selection, and custom furniture
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and with a high level of discretion
• Proficiency in design software and tools
