Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Concept Development: Craft robust integration concepts and implement interfaces within the HR domain to streamline processes and enhance data flow.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with vendors to coordinate support topics and ensure seamless operation of HR IT systems.
  • Project Management: Utilize your foundational knowledge in project management to contribute to the successful execution of HR IT projects.
  • Agile Methodology: Apply your expertise in Agile methodology to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional solutions teams to align initiatives and drive cohesive HR IT strategies.
  • System Configuration: Configure HR IT systems based on project requirements, change requests, and critical incidents to maintain optimal functionality. This also includes programming in ABAP (HCM) and developments in HTML5 (SAP UI5 - FIORI).

Requirements

  • Software Development: Demonstrated proficiency in software development, with a focus on HR IT solutions.
  • ABAP Expertise: Strong command of ABAP programming language for customization and enhancement of SAP systems.
  • HCM Process & Forms framework: Work experience in programming and customization within SAP HCM Process & Forms framework is an advantage
  • HTML5 Expertise: Strong development knowledge and analysis experience within FIORI framework from SAP.
  • BTP and CPI Knowledge: Familiarity with Bosch’s Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is highly advantageous.
  • Educational Background: Degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field, coupled with extensive knowledge in software development.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in an intercultural environment, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Analytical Thinking: Possess a structured and strategic mindset, with a keen ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
