We're looking for an experienced Business System Analyst to join our People Operations team. Reporting to the Director, People Systems and Analytics, you'll be responsible for:

• Meet with partners to define reporting requirements for people data and other organizational data maintained in Workday
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the data fields in Workday and understand functional gaps
• Provide creative solutions to prevent duplication of reports, using delivered reports, discovery boards, or consolidated reports whenever possible with a bias toward end-user ease-of-use
• Monitor, audit, and maintain report schedules and report organization
• Be the subject matter expert in Workday Report Writer and Workday Report Designer
