Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will report to the Manager, Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will support the Product Owner to maintain product backlog, release plan, and support increased productivity by facilitating scrum ceremonies..

Responsibilities/What You'll Do:

• We are looking for a Scrum master who will manage agile/scrum practices and processes. As the Scrum master, you will train, facilitate, and coordinate teams on the agile mindset and agile/lean frameworks and methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
• You will remove impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team, sprint goals, driving and foster collaboration and transparency between Product Owner, development teams and management to support.
• You will monitor performance, adoption using metrics dashboards and help identify continuous improvement opportunities to support the team to work smarter, and more effectively.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

• Overall exp of 10 years and minimum 6 years' experience in Scrum Master/ Agile Project Management Role
• 5+ years of experience working directly with software development teams in JIRA, salesforce experience
