You are a proven community manager with a strong marketing and communications background, skilled at engaging individuals and groups. You’re in your element developing and delivering communications in a way that builds trust and loyalty with both internal teams and our amazing creators. Whether you’re administrating a community website, or driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance the overall experience for our global community, you are creative at heart and love to be both inspired and inspiring.

Your Next Challenge:

  • Communicating key business needs in a dynamic environment, you’ll design, facilitate translations, and publish compelling content for the community website and multiple channels.
  • Identify opportunities for building and maintaining engagement with creators globally - you’re the heartbeat of community, development, and content growth in key regions.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the creator community and understand their requirements & challenges, feeding these back to the business with solutions.
  • Conduct ongoing audits of content and user experience on the community website. This involves systematically analysing content, segmentation, traffic and user flows to pinpoint areas for improvement and preparing and implementing recommendations.
  • Support the development of enhanced community website functionality; propose improvements and provide feedback on communications to align with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely within the Creator Engagement and the Integrated Marketing team to shape our communication strategy, leveraging your creative ideas and strategies.
  • You’ll be at the intersection of global imagery, services, operations, content classification, production, legal, and sales teams on matters involving creators.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in marketing/communications
  • Proven ability to co-ordinate and communicate professionally at all internal organizational levels, and externally, to drive projects to completion.
  • Software: MS Office, Content Management Systems, Google Analytics.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

  • A second language is an advantage (for example Spanish or Portuguese)
  • HTML knowledge

Mental and Physical Demands:

  • Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
  • Frequent sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing; Time of each will vary.
  • Constant operation of computer and frequent usage of other office machinery, including (but not limited to) calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
  • Frequent repetition of motions and gestures that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Constant assessment of accuracy and thoroughness of the work assignment.
