We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our business development and management of Corporate, Conference and and MICE segments. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and promoting our services to clients. This includes the acquisition of room nights for all new event based business produced by the precinct. They works in tandem with Sales Executives to ensure all leads and potential business is followed up efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Business Development and Account Management within the Corporate, Conference and and MICE segments.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively selling other Accor products and services
  • When selling is mindful of yield management for the two hotels to ensure the best possible return for the hotels long term from these accounts.
