How you’ll make an impact:

We’re looking for a Lead UX designer who is a good conceptual thinker, capable of inspiring their colleagues and clients and advocating for end users; a self-starter who likes a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

- Conduct research to understand user needs and requirements

- Leverage analytics and insights to guide the design process

- Run workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with product, design and tech to define the product vision and scope

- Create user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and annotations as needed

- Develop clickable prototypes for rapid reviews, development and testing

- Work on short design sprints to develop PoCs

- Assist with pitches and contribute to scoping projects and timelines

- Write test scripts and conduct user testing sessions to validate proposed solutions

- Work closely with the product, design, tech and QA team in an agile sprint environment

- Communicate with team members and stakeholders in an effective and confident manner

- Mentor junior members of the team

What do you bring to the role?

- Experience designing for web and native apps essential

- Passion for all things UX, technology and design

- Experience running user research sessions/workshops

- An ability to tell compelling stories about your designs and present your work with

- Confidence

- Strong documentation skills

- Ability to prioritise projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time

- Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

- Proficient in Sketch, Marvel/InVision (or equivalent), Adobe CC suite, and other design tools

- Proficient experience preferably within an agency environment

- Portfolio showing your thought process and UX design solutions for mobile, apps, and

responsive web

-Experience designing for and interest in MR/AR/VR (nice to have).
