We are seeking a visionary and experienced VP of Radiofrequency (RF) Engineering to lead the RF antenna development team of TandemLaunch’s latest venture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF communications, antenna design and validation, and hardware integration experience with a proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment. As the VP of RF Engineering, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our projects, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of our cutting-edge solutions.
