Altoros, an established provider of software development services, is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The employee will be responsible for identifying and closing new qualified leads and deals. Self-starters, who are creative and eager to develop their career in sales and thrive on establishing rapport with potential customers, will be best suited for this role.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration:

  • Closely collaborate with Marketing teams at MQL qualification stages
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency to help refine the team’s approach
  • Closely collaborate with Presale team throughout Sales stages to ensure proper information sharing and quality proposals

Inbound and outbound MQL qualification:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
  • Conduct intro calls to ensure they are a good fit for our service offerings

Nurturing:

  • Custom nurturing activities with previously contacted leads and opportunities in collaboration with the Content team
  • Contribute to preparing messages and templates to be used in automated nurturing campaigns

Sales activities:

  • Proactive engagement with sales qualified leads on validating their needs and requirements
  • Elaborate on sales strategy for newly created opportunities
  • Presentation of relevant value propositions, objection handling, constantly revisiting the sales strategy
  • Preparation and execution of agreements, handover to account management

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system
  • Track and report on key metrics, such as qualification and disqualification rates, SQL and opportunity conversion rates

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in a sales development role is required
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft personalized and engaging messages and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
