Marketing & Communications Manager

Industry: Importing, distribution, and E-commerce sales of home décor products.

Location: Fully-remote position, company headquarters in Tallahassee, FL.

Schedule: Generally 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time with some flexibility.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + a full benefit package.

Summary of Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ years of experience in marketing with a consumer product brand.
• Bachelor's degree in a marketing related field.
• Strong experience with social media, email campaigns, and building followers.
• Experience with marketing for startups or running your own marketing firm.
• High energy level with a strong eagerness to learn new technologies or solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong experience with a website CMS (Content Management System).
• Capable of hands-on execution rather than being accustomed to delegating tasks.
