Job Description

The Lead Software Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance strategy across multiple projects of the organisation. This role involves technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic planning in quality assurance, including automation, performance testing, security testing, and DevOps practices.
The ideal candidate for this role has a proven background in delivering test automation and software quality best practices across multiple types of projects for many years. They will have a passion for continued quality improvement, and the ability to work with other leads in developing high-quality software development processes, best-in-practice test automation frameworks and people.
