Job Summary

Quality Assurance to focus on analysis and planning to improve operation and process of Service Desk Functionality.

Job Description

Job Description
1. Manage, control, and build the quality and performance of Service Desk.
2. Minimize weak points and strength up in term of service desk's operation, process, and service as Problem Management.
3. Preparing timely Data & Report as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
4. Preparing and providing data including the report to internal and external as needed.
5. Support any activities; event, issue, order, requirement that required support by Quality Assurance (QA).
6. Advise and consult in part of data, knowledge, methodology to team.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer, Telecom Engineering, IT, related degree, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5 Years up of working experience in Network Technical support, Service Management, Quality Management or related filed.
  3. Minimum 1 Year of experience in Data Analysis
  4. Good knowledge in Network & Mobile, Telecommunication, Cloud, Firewall, Security, Microsoft, and/or IT field.
  5. Good understanding in ITIL Standard. (ITIL Certificate is advantage)
  6. Able to work in flexible time.
  7. Able to communicate in English.
