Strong background in automated software testing and quality assurance
Strong experience and capability of implementing and scaling a quality system program.

• RPA Power Automate Testing and Testing Automation
  • • Testing Framework setup & build out (unit, integration, regression, automated, UAT)

      • Automation of scripts for testing/validation of code & environments

      • Create standard scripts (path, test, regression, validation)

      • Test plan creation, test documentation, and manual functional testing

5+ year’s experience in software quality assurance including automation.
3+ year’s experience leading and coordinating activities of QA team.
Experience with testing tools including Selenium , Cypress, Ready API, SOAP API, JMeter, Blazemeter
Experience writing and reviewing test plans and schedules.
Experience using JIRA and Confluence
Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering related field
Experience working in a matrixed environment and interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server

Main Responsibilities

Creates and maintains automation framework on multiple platforms
• Leads the charge on UI and mobile automation
• Champions best practices for automation
• Sets up CI/CD pipelines for automation
• Designs, documents, and executes manual and automated test cases
• Tests complex API, web, and mobile based applications with DB components
• Estimates tasks and work with minimal guidance and supervision
• Provides technical guidance and training for manual testers and junior team members
• Assists in all phases and types of software testing – functional, acceptance, regression, performance, automated, end-to-end, etc.
• Works closely with development team to identify issues and resolve problems
• Ensures that all defects are documented, tracked, and updated during the testing cycle using the bug documentation software
• Assists in setup / configuration of QA Testing environments
• Relays pertinent defect information to QA/Development/Product team members
• Participates in Team Meetings to discuss team goals, tasks, and tools
• Performs related duties as required
