Outline of Main Duties/Accountabilities:
- Lead Regional Level sales of DC Torque Tools to achieve sales target.
- Develops and implements an agreed upon regional sales plan which will meet the business goals of increasing sales to the customer base and improving customer satisfaction
- RFQ Study, Techno Commercial Offer Submission, Negotiate and close agreements with customers Requirement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Liaising with and working alongside sales and Service engineers.
- Offering customer training.
- Lead regional Sales to educate the customer proving Stanley as a superior product thru Commerical handlings, Application Study, Demo Activities and detailed technical Walk thru of the product.
- Liaise closely with the Product/Engineering team of the customer to ensure that the expectation and Stanley understanding is in sync. Use the opportunity to brand Stanley as a Solution provider.
