Team Overview:

Client Experience Operations Reporting team is part of Global Client Experience umbrella combines Client Reporting and Client Reporting Solutions services at scale. All teams play a role in delivering a better client outcome to ensure service is a true differentiator for BlackRock.

Reporting team is responsible for the preparation and delivery of sophisticated economic and financial analysis to a diverse client base. Portfolio performance, attribution and investment commentary as well as detailed risk analytics are provided to clients through formal periodic reporting and web delivery. In addition, Reporting Services is responsible for partnering with multiple upstream data providers ranging across Data & AI, Accounting, Performance and regional investment and product strategy teams.

• Deliver a superior client experience via front-line client service to clients and related third parties, including understanding clients reporting needs, fielding and responding to client queries and the creation of accurate and meaningful reports.
