PURPOSE
The role is to develop and implement the employee engagement & employer branding (EE&EB) strategies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Plan and execute purposeful engagement initiatives.

- Ensure country’s EE&EB initiatives and action plan developed and executed are aligned with Group’s direction.

- Ensure HR-related guidelines/policies and processes are followed and implemented consistently.

- Drive employee listening tools from survey to action plan.

- Act as country main contact for Group EE & EB initiatives.

- Plan and execute Employer Branding strategy and deployment.

- Handle internal communication through all relevant online and offline platforms.

- Manage assigned budget.

- Other tasks as assigned.
