The Credit Modernization Product Owner provides day-to-day oversight of a scrum team within a given value stream or product stack, ensuring a continuous flow of work by engaging with Product Managers and Product Analysts to prioritize and sequence the work agile teams will take on. This position partners with IT Delivery Leadership to determine the ideal delivery strategy and solution definition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owns the creation, refinement and prioritization of the user story backlog containing work ready for the scrum team.
• Prioritizes user story backlog to support highest value work first, including defects, tech debt and new development.
• Confirms MMP/MVP priorities, consults on priority and sequence of work to be executed based on ability to deliver.
• Fosters a continuous flow of work in and through the agile teams, ensures teams are focused on the highest priorities, addresses delivery risks and blockers.
• Monitors agile team demand and capacity.
• Establishes story acceptance criteria and ensures work meets definition of done.
