Lead Client Business Operations Analyst

The Lead, Client Business operations plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of the sales processes for Epsilon’s Retail Media business. This position is responsible for managing Salesforce opportunities, conducting client onboarding integrity checks, and performing gate checks to support invoicing during the early stages of the opportunity lifecycle, overseeing billing processes, and driving process improvements for efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Opportunity Management

• Oversee the management and integrity of sales opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Lead and mentor the team in tracking and monitoring the progress of opportunities.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or compliance issues within the Salesforce system.

Client Onboarding Integrity Checks
