About the Team:

This team Works on Design, provision, Change and disconnect network and Voice Circuits. We Deploy and offer support for services like Cisco IPT and Contact center, 8x8, Webex Calling and Contact Center. Team works closely with functional Manager and members in India and US.

What you will be doing:

• Configure, troubleshoot Cisco Voip , (Cloud Telephony 8x8 and Webex calling)
• Configure and troubleshoot Voice Gateways, Poe Switches, Cisco Unified border element.
• Work on third party applications integrated with Voip Systems.
