Hardware Engineer

• Hardware design of electronic control units in the area of comfort electronics (Door, Seat, Tailgate, etc) for international car manufacturers
• Complete hardware design chain from first concept until start of production
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentations (worst case calculations, simulations, requirement specifications, interface descriptions)
• Testing (e.g. thermography, EMC, ESD, electrical tests, customer specific tests)

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Profound knowledge in electronic circuit design (microcontrollers, driver circuits with Power-MOSFETs, operational amplifiers, analysis of power dissipation and thermal behavior)
• Knowledge in EMC compliant design and handling of simulation tools (e.g. PSpice)
• Structured working methods and high level of self-organization and communicative skills
• Preferable knowledge of automotive engineering (e.g. V-Model, Functional Safety)
• Fluent English language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
