Finance Engagement Manager

The Finance Engagement Manger will report and work closely with Deputy Finance Director for Administration, Development and Training, who oversees the Administrative Services Center (ASC) for the Office of the Director of Finance, which operates under a shared services model to provide financial and/or administrative support for the following seven offices and departments:

• • Office of the Director of Finance
  • City Treasurer’s Office
  • Procurement Department
  • Office on Innovation and Technology
  • Mayor’s Office
  • Office of Human Resources
  • Civil Service Commission

Essential Functions

The Engagement Manger will supervise staff within the ASC, assigning workloads and ensuring the provision of the following shared services for the offices and departments listed above:

• Managing relationship with business partners (bps)
• Managing tasks and workload for the ASC team
• Coaching and developing the ASC team
• Developing annual training plans for employees and tracking compliance
• Developing and enhancing internal processes
• Conducting monthly meetings with business partners
