Analyst - Financial Services

The Analyst - Financial Services plays a key role in providing invoicing support to the wider business. The team provides analysis which shapes the strategy and commercial decisions, whilst providing an independent viewpoint that ensures the company continues to operate in the interest of all its stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Drive delivery of the services that Finance provides to support the Marketing (Sales & Trading) business.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to execute and optimise the Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes and systems that ensure people have access to accurate business and financial information.
• Oversee the process for payments and receipts and, where applicable, work with Global Shared Services to outsource certain tasks. Other tasks include performing invoicing activities for new business and working closely with the Information Management department to employ technology to automate activities.
• Run weekly AR/AP reports and quarterly VAT reports
• Assist in developing a continuous improvement culture within Finance, putting in place ways to measure our performance and collaborating on efforts to improve it.
