At Envalior, we are seeking a Master Production Scheduler to join our dynamic logistics team and translate the demand of the market into a detailed supply plan, in close cooperation with manufacturing, supply chain and customer service. In this role you report to the Supply Planning Manager Emmen.

IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Master Production Scheduler at Envalior, you will Translating a demand plan into a supply plan, considered safety stock agreements, service levels, production capacities- and bottlenecks in order to produce at the lowest integral costs. Create an optimal production schedule, considering o.a. available resources (people & resources), planned stops, production types, availability of raw materials, quality aspects.

You will focus on driving and maintaining high On Time In Full (OTIF) metrics. manage and maintain the inventory, planning and procuring of end materials. Act as a link between Supply Chain Management and Production, providing information for appropriate level of the production schedule.

Maintaining high On Time deliveries to customers in a complex and dynamic environment primarily driven by customer demand pattern and trends. Key point of contact for Customer Service team related to production availability impacting Customer orders. Work closely with Supply Chain team to setup, analyze, monitor and replenish the right DDI level.

Manage blocked stock: Initiates reprocessing or destruction of raw materials that are unsalvageable in a timely basis, participating in projects and you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods/materials/technologies to contribute to our values and mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • The position is also open for graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree with a strong analytical mind and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution functions is an asset
  • Demonstrated statistical and analytical skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Familiarity with a variety of Supply Chain Management concepts and procedures e.g. MRP, Inventory Coverage, Operating Working Capital, Demand Planning, OTIF (On Time In Full).
  • Solid quantitative computer skills including MS office
  • Preferred experience in logistics/demand & supply planning
  • Strong communication- and interpersonal skills
