Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is a highly visible role that has a significant impact by helping the organization manage growth and financial performance. This role provides financial consulting, business partnering, and analytical support to leaders within the organization.

This is an on site position working in our main office in Poway, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Synthesize and communicate financial and operations data in a clear and concise manner.
• Partner with business leaders in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes.
• Compare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial results to planned results, explain variances, and make recommendations for future actions.
• Participate in the construction and delivery of monthly reporting to our parent company.
• Collaborate in the development and presentation of performance metrics and scorecards.
• Develop analytical models to evaluate or forecast the performance and profitability of ongoing operations.
