  • Acquire and retain new and existing partnerships for Three+.
  • Think creatively about new ways to attract and retain customers in order to achieve key KPI’s.
  • Use insights to help drive the partnerships strategy.
  • Manage costs (P&L) and generate revenue through partners.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to help onboard, promote and amplify partner promotions.

Requirements

  • Partnership negotiation or account management.
  • Must be good with reporting and extracting useful insight from data.
  • Strong creative skills being able to consider how things could be different.
  • Very likely to have held a role where external or internal stakeholders with complex needs have been managed successfully.
  • Excel and PowerPoint experience is a must.
  • Must have a high interest in loyalty schemes (experience desirable, but not vital).
