Our Rehab and Return to work (RRTW) division has an exciting opportunity to join a small program team tasked with transforming our businesses across our entire lifecycle. We are currently recruiting for an experienced hands-on dynamic Communications and Change Lead for a 9-month contract. This role is integral to our program's success, focusing on crafting and executing comprehensive communication strategies, managing numerous stakeholders and adeptly managing, developing and implementing the associated changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Identify change impacts on business as a result of various program initiatives and design, develop and lead associated change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of business changes. Including development and delivery of training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align communication strategies with business objectives.
