Executive Support Analyst

At Syngenta, we believe every employee has a role to play in safely feeding the world and taking care of our planet. To support that challenge, the Vegetable Seeds team is currently seeking an Executive Support Analyst in Boise, Idaho.

What you will be doing?

• Assists with the meeting coordination for large events (hotel bookings, catering, travel arrangements, preparation of event materials, etc)
• Provide high-level, professional support to a large number of principles in a way that optimizes the operational efficiency of for the supported executives.
• The ability to be proactive and innovative, while maintaining the ability to work independently
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between Vegetables Global team and internal Departments
• Compiles and analyzes reports in compliance with daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements

Requirements

What sets you apart?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or Communications
• Minimum five (5) years of administrative/clerical experience
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and draw insights
• Business level knowledge of all MS Office Applications
