About This Role

This position is responsible for establishing strategic direction of consumer engagement for the depression franchise. More specifically, this position will focus on enabling patient engagement opportunities through well-planned and executable tactics.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure specific consumer engagement initiatives, including marketing programs and campaigns, are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with alliance partner, cross-functional partners, and all agencies. Manage relationship with agency to ensure expected deliverables are met.
• Lead key marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the alliance and other key functional partners. Specific initiatives may include:
  • Social media
  • Digital solutions
  • Onboarding materials
• Develop and manage the execution of the consumer creative campaign and market research
• Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process (MLR)
• Manage multiple agency partners including management of associated budgets
