Project Manager- Installation Operations

As the Project Manager- Installation Operations, you will manage and oversee the operations for our Water Business Unit residential installation business. You will manage our external partners and installation contractors (schedules, communications) and monitor quality and customer satisfaction by tracking KPIs and using problem-solving skills to address any customer concerns as the Subject Matter Expert on our Moen Smart Water devices. As the business grows, you will identify and build the additional processes, systems, and support needed to expand.

The ideal candidate will have (5+) experience in project management in the construction industry and knowledge of plumbing industry standards and regulations. You will have experience using project management software and demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once and effectively communicating and reporting progress across various levels of management. You must be able to travel domestically 25% of the time.

This position is remote based in the United States. The targeted salary range is $ 100K-150K base with bonus opportunity.
