Inspector

• Permanent Full-Time role
• Monday to Friday
• Remuneration: $75k - $80k
• Based in Brisbane with availability for interstate travel

SGS is looking for an experience inspector to carry out inspection and testing activities in compliance with contractual requirements and within competence and safety limits. Market and develop the growth of the business.

The scope of inspection includes, but is not limited to:

• Carry out inspections to provide accurate and timely information to customers according to required standards/specifications.
• NDT inspection of various industrial equipment, Drill Stem & Production Tubulars.
• Assist in services and verification services to customers to support their compliance or decision making and maximise return and efficiency.
• Specialised Oilfield inspections on Drillpipe, BHA, Specialty Tools, Production Tubing /Casing In accordance with various Industry standards, DS1, NS2, API and other licensor specifications
• Monitor resources so that customer’s needs are met in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
• Reporting
• Calibration of equipment
• Assist in job specific administration duties as required.
